Over the past 6 months we’ve partnered with Hull City Council’s Wyke Area Team to deliver a range of free sporting activities across the Avenue, Bricknell & Newland wards that encourage the community to get out & get active!
From Tennis sessions in Pearson’s Park to Walking Football at Goals Soccer Centre the variety of sports available to a variety of ages from children to the elderly has been well received. Thanks to this success we’re pleased to announce that we now have two new activities launching this January!
The first of our two new sessions is a weekly, free to attend family Rounder’s session at Kelvin Hall School. Starting at 6pm, you and all the family can join us every Monday for a fun filled hour of rounder’s action! Our second session is a Dance class aimed at 5-11 year olds happening every Friday from 4pm at Our Lady of Lourdes & St Peters Chanel on Cottingham Road.
As ever these sessions are completely free to attend, all we ask is that you complete a simple registration form when attending your first session.
